We use Umami Analytics, a privacy-focused, GDPR-compliant analytics solution that respects your privacy. This includes:

• Tool Usage: Which features are used (e.g., PDF merged, image resized)
• Approximate Location: Country only (no IP addresses stored)
• Device Information: Browser type, device type (mobile/desktop), and operating system

At no point do your files leave your device. Our servers only deliver the HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code that makes the tools work. They never receive or process your files.

You can verify this by opening your browser's Developer Tools (Network tab) and observing that no files are uploaded while using our tools.

Our browser extension follows the same privacy-first principles as our web application. All processing happens locally on your device, and your data never leaves your browser.

• No External Servers: The extension does not send any data to external servers or third-party services.
• Local Processing Only: All file conversions, transformations, and operations are performed entirely within your browser using client-side JavaScript.
• No Network Requests: The extension does not make any network requests for processing your files or data.
• Complete Privacy: Your files, content, and activity remain private and secure on your device at all times.

Just like our web tools, you can verify this by monitoring your browser's network activity while using the extension—you'll see no file uploads or data transmissions to external servers.

We use minimal browser storage:

• No Analytics Cookies: Umami Analytics does not use cookies. All tracking is done without persistent identifiers.
• Preferences (Optional): We may use localStorage to remember your preferences (like theme choice) to improve your experience. This data never leaves your device.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or any third-party cookies.

Since we don't collect your files or personal information, there's nothing to share with third parties.

The only third-party service we use is:

• No Tracking in Incognito: Umami doesn't use cookies, so there's nothing to clear.
• Use Incognito/Private Mode: Our tools work perfectly in private browsing mode with no persistent tracking.

The best security is not needing security. Since your files are processed entirely in your browser and never sent to our servers:

• There's no risk of data breaches affecting your files
• No risk of unauthorized access to your files on our servers
• No risk of your files being intercepted during transmission

We use HTTPS to encrypt the delivery of our website code to your browser, but remember: your files never make the reverse journey back to us.

QuickTools.one does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since we don't collect personal information from anyone, our service is safe for users of all ages.
